Features:

The screw pump with varying pitch structure has lower ultimate pressure and power condsumption compared with that of constant pitch structure. Generally the pump has the advantages in energy conservation and easy maintenances, and it is the updated vacuum pump for replacing the oil seal vacuum pump.

As mechanical type vacuum pump equipped with a pair of varying pitch screws in pump housing, LG series screw vacuum pump can realize the gas intake and exhaust by the synchronous rotation of the two screws in high speed. The two dynamic balanced screws are  supported by bearings and installed within pump chamber. There are clearance between the two screws and the pump housing, so the pump operation can be smooth and with a low noise and free of lubricant in the pump chamber. The dry screw pump can be used to pump the gases that contain a mass of vapor and a small quantity of particles.
