A video has been produced to show just how easy the EZstrip pump can be de-ragged and maintained with just a spanner and an Allen key.
To completely strip down the pump to replace the rotor, stator, coupling rod and drive train, this only takes 30 minutes and therefore saves on plant downtime when maintenance is required.
By simply removing a few screws, the suction chamber is easily dismantled, giving you access to take out any rag build-up and prevent pump blockages. This process takes less than 21/2 minutes.
The EZstrip pump is the latest revolutionary new pump design that can easily be maintained in place, without disconnecting or removing any pipework.
