Pumps Tanks

Recently with the help of our mold shop, we have placed into service a new 10' x 20' tank form. We are now capable of providing these 10' x 20' structures with a monolithically poured baffle and strut (no more grouting in baffles!). This new design provides a stronger, better, and more cost effective solution.

Most of our tanks are reinforced with grade 60 rebar and 5,000-psi design compressive strength concrete to meet HS-20 Traffic loading conditions with 0-5 feet of earth cover. In addition, with our on-staff professional engineer we have the capability of providing structural calculations when necessary.

Our Septic Pump Tanks are Commercial Grade and are approved and registered with NCDENR. Individual standard tank sizes range from 1,200-gallon capacity to 20,000-gallon capacity. Some tanks require multiple pieces weighing up to 27 tons each. When used in series, our tanks can provide virtually any capacity to accommodate your job site requirements. Special designs or capacities may also be manufactured upon request.
