It is a vertical pump with AC electric motor. These are specifically designed for Machine Tools to circulate coolant emulsions used for turning, drilling, milling, grinding and to keep the cutting edges cool, There by the life of the cutting edges is increased to five times or more depending up on the cutting conditions. These pumps are also used for flushing of the machine beds and for movement of the chipps. They are available in the power range of 0.08 Kw. to 3.7 Kw. operating on AC 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Cycles supply. Other Voltages and frequenies on request. The discharge range of the coolant is from 25 LPM to 450 LPM depending up on the type of the pump. The available depth of immersion of the pumps ranges from 120mm to 600mm. The mountings are as per International Standards,DIN-5440 and BIS-IS-2161. Thus pumps are interchangable with the pumps manufactured by other manufacturers of repute.
