We have conducted a series of research and development on vacuum pumps since the R&D team was formed on April 1st, 2004. Hundreds of dry-pumps have been sold since the first one is sold in February 2001. Unlike oil pumps for traditional industries, our dry pumps are specified for the use of semiconductor companies. The rotor of vacuum space is not sealed with oil, but with the application of the minute clearance and high-speed rotation. Therefore, a special demand is laid on the precision manufacture techniques, assembly procedures and profile design of Roots rotor.

     TaiwanTorr is the only company that has run through an overall practice of design, production, manufacture, sales and services. The longest-living pumps have been in use for over five years. They are applied in various vacuum-related fields both in Taiwan and Mainland China.
