VD Series Pump

The internal part of the pump contains two gears and crescent. Rotor gets its motion from the motor while turning in the direction of the arrow, internal idler gear turns and disengages from the rotor . By the disengagement of the gears, the liquid fills the clearence . Crescent and gears disengages and the liquid is transported in to the gear clearence. While the gears engage the liquid is pressed into the pressure channel By the repetition of these motions a continuous pressing is obtained.
