PumpCon Pump Controller

PG 600 regulates water line pressure by controlling the pump while protecting the motor as well as the pump.

All measurement and control functions are processed by a microprocessor. This microprocessor-based controller protects pump, against dry running of pumps without the need for level switches or level floaters and provides pump protection for over-current and phase-loss. Special logics are supported for sprinkler systems in software. Also PG600 has an analog pressure sensor to monitor and control the water line pressure by setting thr level values.

The monitor of the controller show the line voltage and motor current. The system stops the pump in case of a high currency and/or voltage and waits at that state for a manual restart for safety reasons. LED signal lights indicate power on, operating, pump failure, low source, high and low pressure.

With its robust enclosure, integrated contactors, built-in inputs and logics for different pump applications on single-phase and three-phase systems, PG600 is the complete solution for most of the single pump applications.
