The PW 5000 is a high-productivity paver for spread layer widths between 2550mm and 4900m. Capable of processing up to 450 tonnes per hour, it is the workhorse of choice for motorways, primary / secondary roads and large car parks. It is also a useful single pass (5m) solution for residential developments. * Three axle design; front two axles for steering, rear axle for traction. Rear axle fitted with large pneumatic tyres so that machine can be driven on soft ground. Front rocking axles fitted with large semi-elastic tyres. Servo-assisted steering with hydraulic pump for smooth turning. * Hopper independently controlled by electro-hydraulic system. * Adjustable and oscillating truck pushing rollers. * Hydraulically foldable canopy* Two independent chain conveyors fitted with anti-wearing steel slats. Electro-hydraulic control of auger height. Material flow regulated by two electrical plate switches controlling conveyors and augers which are reversible. Solenoid valve controls hydraulic oild flow through the differential block to the driver wheels. * RTV5000 screed with tamper and vibration, plates heating GPL, automatic lighting and electronic burners control. Screed lifting system (ISR) included. * Tow adjustable sprung seats, left and right, can slide externally. Control console is adjustable to seat position for ease of use. * Operation and emergency controls fitted with anti-vandal guards.
