QY stainless steel oil-filled submersible electric pump

1. Product overview
(1) The QY electric submersible pump series are the latest products successfully developed by the company with imported advanced technology. They are made of 304 high quality stainless steels.
(2) This pump is very beautiful, and small. A unique floating oil pocket is installed at the bottom of the pump. When the temperature of the pump rises, the oil pocket will make adjustments under water to avoid a burst due to rising temperature, and also adjust inner and outer pressure, ensuring safety and reliability during its operation.
(3) The cable sheath and core are filled and sealed by resin. Once the rubber sheath is broken, it can still effectively prevent the medium from entering the electric motor from the cable sheath.
(4) It uses double mechanical seals and it will work in the oil chamber for a long time. The new wear-resistant hard material guarantee that the pump can work safely and continuously for over 80,000 hours.
(5) Please install a process current protector and electrical leakage protector.
2. Main applications
(1) Power: 2.2-11KW; flow rate: 10-250m3/h; lift: 5-90m; voltage: 80-660v; frequency: 50-60HZ; outlet caliber: 50-200mm (2"-8").
(2) It can be applied to farmland irrigation, livestock breeding, fountains, salt water, buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal works, road traffic and construction.

(1) Media temperature should not exceed 50 degrees centigrade, density should be less than 1.2kg/dm3, and PH value should be between 4-10. The pump lift of the submersible pump should not be too low. If it is lower than 80% of the standard, the pump may be damaged due to overcurrent.
(2) The company will provide customized service for pumps used to transport media with strong corrosion.
