Ceramic Water Pump Seal Faces :- NTB has developed over 400 different sizes /design of water pump seal faces in a choice of five ceramics materials for automotive, industrial, agricultural and domestics pumps. Common shaft sizes vary from 6 to 150mm with most of them available off-the-shelf. NTB manufacturers seal faces in high purity alumina 99.7% for stringent American / European drinking water applications. NTB alumina 95%, 85% & 75% seal faces are used by most of the mechanical seal manufacturers in USA, EUROPE, USA, Japan, Mexico etc. NTB SiC are manufactured from fully sintered alpha silicon carbide. These are recommended in high performance, high thermal shock and long life application. NTB SiC and sintered carbon seal faces are manufactured for the first time in India
