These Grout Seals do not require any inflation system, thus reduce installation cost and offers positive sealing. Its unique design offers an extremely reliable sealing mechanism between the Pile &Jacket Leg. Grout Packers, in the unlikely event of rupture due to human error, breakage of inflation line during launching, puncture of packer while driving the pile through it, may fail due to non-inflation, though how rare it may be.However, our Dual Lip Grout Seal Assembly is extremely reliable since both the sealing rings, two lips each will cling to the pile thus making it failure proof. This seals provide a unique solution for the grouting of the jacket legs.
