Pyrosafe Panel penetration seals.

Pyrosafe panel penetration seal is used for the fire resistant closing of any size of openings in walls or floors. This products provides a smoke and gas tight seal around all penertrating utilities such as cables, cable trays, pipes and ducts.

This product has been tested by the south African bureau of standards according to the test procedure SABS 0177 Part TT.

Single panel seal = 50mm thickness which is rated up to 60minutes.

double panel seal = rated up to 120minutes including integrity, stability and insulation.

All panels are coated with Pyrosafe coating to a coverage of 1ltr per m? on the exposed (visible) side only. We can spray or paint the panels on site or we can precoat each panel. We can supply you with precoated panels.

Within this service each pentertrating item must be coated with Pyrosafe for a specified distance away from the panel seal.
