Ease of application. Good mechanical and electrical insulation properties. Good moisture and chemical resistance. Mixing Proportion Eazy Seal Resin : 100 parts by weight or volume Eazy Seal Hardener : 100 parts by weight or volumeCut required quantity along with the film for the cocentric stick Twist and knead ( action not exceeding over 1 minute) to a uniform color. Repairs should be done before hardening ( usually within 3 minutes ). Place the remaining quantity in the canister and close the cap for future use. Processing Time Pot life at 250C : 30 minutes ( for 500 gm mixture )Setting time : 120 minutes Recommended Curing For optimum cured propertiesat 250C - 24 hoursor at 300C - 12-16 hoursor at 400C - 4-8 hoursEazy Seal will cure to hard mass within 3 hours at room temperature. Surface Preparation For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which Easy Seal is to be applied. Remove rust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper or wire brush. Use rust remover for removing heavy rust and scales.All surface must be free from oil and grease. Use rust remover, and / or trichloroethylene. Surface should be free from moisture to get optimum performance. Wipe with dry cloth before application.
