DIPTI mechanical seal type Grout Seals are the superior alternative to Inflatable Grout Packers. These Grout Seals do not require any inflation system, thus reduce installation cost and offers positive sealing. Its unique design offers an extremely reliable sealing mechanism between the Pile &Jacket Leg. Grout Packers, in the unlikely event of rupture due to human error, breakage of inflation line during launching, puncture of packer while driving the pile through it, may fail due to non-inflation, though how rare it may be.

However, our Dual Lip Grout Seal Assembly is extremely reliable since both the sealing rings, two lips each will cling to the pile thus making it failure proof. This seals provide a unique solution for the grouting of the jacket legs. Our "DIPTI" make Grout Seals has proved its superiority by saving substantial cost of Grouting with 100 % success rate.

DIPTI Grout Packers are available in wide range from 24 inch OD to 144 inch OD Pile. Special size can also be developed as per clients' requirements. DIPTI grout seal assembly can also be supplied wih suitable mud viper to prevent mud penetration from the bot torn side of jacket.
