We would like to introduce a new technology in sealing leakages from the stuffing boxes of pumps & valves of any type. We have a new product called ZERO LEAK GLAND, it is mouldable gland in fibrous form which is to be placed between any two conventionally used rope type gland packing,being fibrous it's compressability is 5 times more than  rope type glands, this property of the ZERO LEAK makes the sealing far more efficient & gives a quite longer sealing period as compared to stuffing boxes filled with only rope type gland packings. The commercial benefits of this type of gland packing is that is theoritically ageless & can be reused end no of times. It has zero friction - hence does not wear out the sealing area which decreases the maintanance costs drastically. Being fibrous can fit with any size of rope packing. Has life long shelf life.
