The strongpoint of self-sealing flanges is comparing with conventional flanges:

High pressure self-tight flanges ZY-LOC consists of four parts mainly. There are one metallic seal ring, two hubs, a pair of clamps and four sets of bolts .

High pressure self-tight flanges ZY-LOC has made that the intensity of the connection part is stronger than the intensity of the materials of the pipeline through separating the functions of bearing the intensity and also the seal by the conventional seal part completely. Consequently the work-life of the seal part has been increased enormously.

High-pressure self-tight flanges ZY-LOC is new connection way of high pressure pipelines.
