The PLASTEEL Seal is always sequentially numbered with confidential codes on one side by High Relief LASER printing/engraving. Other side of the seal can be used for making signature by permanent marker pen or by UV pen. Company Logo can be molded during manufacturing process for additional security.
The PLASTEEL Seal can be manufactured in clear, red, yellow, green, blue black or special colors that you may require
The PLASTEEL seals are made of High Grade Polycarbonate material, which is far ahead, then conventional Polypropylene as the polycarbonate poses high melting point and great tensile strength apart from long life of 20 years and more. The presence of Steel as male part or locking plunger gives this seal and extraordinary edge then usual complete plastic seals. The presence of Steel makes sure that seal cannot be tampered in case of attack by petrochemicals based solvents etc.
The PLASTEEL seal is an ideal lead seal replacement for security applications. Its simple construction allows for quick setup and closure of the device by passing the wire rope into the holes given on plastic housing and thereafter pressing locking plunger until a tactile 'click' is heard and felt. Because of the simplicity of the mechanism, employees do not risk injury by using special tools to close and secure the seal, nor do they have any of the health issues associated with lead wire seals. The wire rope provided can be made to any length. The 240 mm length is standard.
The PLASTEEL Seal is a simple tamper indicating plastic and steel device that facilitates the closing and numeric sealing of such items as Energy Meters, Water Meters, containers and anywhere perfect numeric sealing is required. It can also be used to close anything with a hasp. The PLASTEEL seal uses a threaded stainless steel wire inserted through the small plastic and steel barrel. No tools are needed to use this device. The seal has to be broken only to remove it.
