The IEC imported PU belts come in a wide range, broadly classified as V belts, round belts and flatbelts. PU belts, by virtue of being high elastic nature combined with high strength, thermoplastic (easy joint), water and most chemical resist, and food grade combined with very high abrasion resistance, they find various applications ranging from power transmission to conveying applications. PU round belts are available in 2 to 20 mm dia and various hardness and surface finish hardness range 85 to 92 shore A and finish either smooth or rough. PU Vbelts are available in many types like Sec A, B or C and with top as conical or coated with rough surface material and low hardness belts comes with reinforced cord to add the required strength to belts. These can be easily thermo welded on site to reduce the down time. PU flat belts are homogeneous endless belts,which are used mainly as conveyor applications, apron applications, and as oil skimming belts. Thermo weld belts can easily be available in different sizes in shortest delivery time.
