Ball valve is mainly functioned to cut off, distribute and alter the flowing direction of mediums in pipeline. Featured by simple structure and outstanding sealing performance, ball valves can actualize quick open and close, making them widely used in pipeline in electric power, metallurgy, chemicals, especially pipeline for petroleum and natural gas. According to structural types, ball valves are basically classified to floating type and fixed type.
