Totally Enclosed Rotary Slide Gate

Accommodations for flushing water, or purge air are included if required. Purge air can bleed air, low pressure air or a sequenced combination of both. These help to prevent material accumulation in the body cavity.

The totally enclosed rotary slide gate consists of a slide with a hole in it, operating in a two piece cast body assembly. An external band encloses the periphery of the body assembly to prevent any material from being discharged from the gate. The slide has a hole in it of the full line size, which permits full line flow.The slide can be moved to permit flow or stop flow. Replaceable seats on both sides of slide are provided for sealing.
