Shipping
Most of our products ship out of our warehouse the same day the order is placed if we have the item in stock. If the item is backordered we have the ability to ship directly from the factory to you in many cases. When your order requires assembly, customization or calibration this time may vary but we can in many instances still ship the same day. We have computer links to UPS and Fed-X and can provide tracking numbers instantly. We ship anywhere in the US and can ship by any method you request. We also have the ability to handle any shipment from a small coil to a 400lb valve and up requiring special crating and carrier along with courier service if needed.

Warehouse's
Our Warehouse personnel have been factory trained in the assembly, customization and calibration of all the products we represent and sell. We have a 15000 sq. ft. warehouse in our corporate office and another 6000
sq. ft. warehouse in our New Freedom Sales and Distribution Center. Between the two warehouses we stock approximately 2 million dollars worth of products for immediate delivery. Our assembly and calibration areas have all the tools and test equipment required to get the job done for you.

Sales
Twelve Ives Inside Sales Engineers utilize personal computers in their offices to perform application selection and valve sizing. These PC's also link with the Ives' local area networks and the various factory access systems. Our Field Sales Force utilize notebook PC's to stay connected to our Business system via a highly secure VPN connection. All of our Sales staff have received factory training and undergo continuous in house training to stay current with all application requirements and solutions.

General Facilities
The Ives internal operations are computer integrated via       
local area networks. All of our inventory, customer, and
project status data is instantly accessible from any office
location. Direct links to our Principals speed order entry
and customer service, enabling quick computer look up
of order status, spare parts requirements, project management,
and factory inventory. These are just a few of the many
database options available to us. Ives Equipment utilizes
a Windows 2003 Servers along with a SQL database to control inventory,
payables, accounts receivable, sales analysis, general ledger
and order fulfillment functions. All employees from sales to
shipping are using Pentium class PC's equipped with thin client access for security of your data as well as word processing, spreadsheet, database
and engineering activities at each workstation. We have multiple
T1 lines connecting our sales offices to each other with multiple
high level firewalls assuring maximum up time and data security.
