 As we have grown, we have expanded our product line offerings. We represent AMERON Protective Lining Products, the T-Lock Liner for precast pipe and structures and cast-in-place applications. The Arrow-Lock Lining System for the rehabilitation of concrete and brick manholes, pump stations and more. The AMERON products go with our waste water markets. STRONGWELL Fiberglass is another product line that started as a waste water market product line that has taken is into other areas. STRONGWELL manufactures FRP grating, handrails, ladders, platforms, structural shapes, building panels, platforms, stair treads and much more. Another product, new to JP McElvenny Co, Inc., is the STONE STRONG large, engineered retaining wall block, manufactured by Garden State Precast. This retaining wall block has helped move more into the private development market.

The primary product line for JP McElvenny Co, Inc. is Polyethylene Pipe and the associated fittings, fabrications and butt, electro and socket fusion equipment. Polyethylene Pipe is a product that has seen explosive growth in markets and applications. We started in the sewer rehabilitation, coal mining, sand/gravel and natural gas markets and applications. Today, Polyethylene Pipe is widely used in Potable Water, Geothermal, Fire Main, Sanitary Sewer Force Main, Directional Drilling and other Trenchless methods and many more applications and markets.

The company was started with two product lines, Nipak Polyethylene Pipe and Fittings and J.W. Christie Fusion Equipment, both of the companies are no longer in business. Since 1977, JP McElvenny Co, Inc. has seen tremendous growth in the company, acceptance of its products and diversity of its product lines. The company has moved four times, each to a larger facility, in order to better serve its customers.

 McElvenny Co, Inc. is a family-owned business that was founded in October of 1977. It was founded by John McElvenny Jr, who had spent the previous 16 years working for plastic pipe distributors and manufacturers.
