This range of two-component proportioning valve has been designed to convey virgin and reground material. With this unit, two materials are conveyed in a pre-selected ratio through an individual hopper loader or a central vacuum receiver. The material proportion and switching of materials rate can be digitally set on the microprocessor controller mounted on the unit. During a single conveying cycle, it is possible to switch material (i.e. virgin and reground) as often as desired. The ability to switch materials quickly alleviates materials layering in the machine's hopper. The CPV range is also designed to accurately separate the two flows of material. This avoids inaccurate proportioning by ensuring jamming of granular or reground material never occurs during the switching of material. All components of the proportioning valve are manufactured of aluminum and steel for continuous operations and withstanding wear. Available voltages DC24 and AC220. |
