air valve

The air valve, thermoelement built-in, controls the intake air-flow by up and down of the piston of thermoelement(lift length) in accordance with the rise in coolant temperatures, mainly used for the assist system of intake air amount of automobile engines. It is installed in the auxiliary air passage of engines and controls linearly the intake air-flow according to the rise in coolant temperatures. Actually it is used as a flow control of assist air(air supplementary sent to the engine) for vaporization of gasoline to improve the emission gas. Further, it is also used as a first-idle valve of motorcycles and small car engines in compliance with the electric control.
