More About the VA-600Whether you are building a new vacuum system or upgrading an existing system, the VA-600 actuator can add to the automating process with ease. This device is designed to fit Varian 951-5014 mini-valves with a minimum of interference with other components of the system, especially in configurations which utilize the standard fittings for mini-conflat plumbing. The bulk of the actuator extends to the front of the valve, requiring only about 14cm clear space. 4cm clearance to the side opposite the right angle port is sufficient.The manual torqing is accomplished with the same drive screw provided with your valve.
