General Description
Fabricated slide gates are generally used in Wastewater Treatment Plant, Flood Control, Drainage System etc. for controlling the water level and flow. The fabricated slide gates are made of structural angles, flat bar, and plates that are assembled by welding and bolting. These NWR fabricated slide gates are made of Type 304 or 316 stainless steel. Fabricated slide gates manufactured from these materials are more corrosion resistant under most conditions than gates manufactured from other materials. The design is based on AWWA-C501
