Large Butterfly Valves 10' (3. 048m)

Maridex currently has 120" (3. 048m) butterfly valves available for immediate delivery. These are unused, high-quality valves, originally manufactured for nuclear power turbine condenser cooling water isolation / shutoff. They are suitable for large thermal power / desalinisation applications (fresh or seawater) , or are ideal for: Turbine, penstock, or low level outlet guard / shutoff duty (may be provided with hydraulic actuation package and counterweight system) Waterworks infrastructure projects, including water mains, reservoir control, water treatment / filtration plants, etc.Basic characteristics: Triple-eccentric, resilient-seat design (new, adjustable, disc-mounted) Ductile iron disc, cast iron body, and stainless steel seat ring, trunnions, and fastenersNon-backdriving worm-type main gearboxesSelf-lubricated trunnion bearingsHigh-grade epoxy coating throughoutDesign head: 130 ft.
