Fittings, Valves & Accessories are widely used in the process industries like Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Cement, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Food and Dairy, Water treatment and OEM applications. Brief application of Individual Products are as under: -Fittings: -These are used to provide leak proof joints to pipes and other equipments. Manifold Valves-These are used for the installation of differential Pressure Gauge, Transmitters to control the flow and pressure in different direction. Needle Valve-Needle valve is a tool to control the flow of the process media into the instrumentation system. Thermowell-Thermowell are used to protect the basic sensing element of temperature instruments like Thermometers, sensors, switches etc. from the process media pressure, velocity, viscosity, abrasiveness and corrosion. Gauge Cock: -these are called sometime shutoff valves. They are used as an isolating device to allow the pressure instruments like pressure gauge or transmitters to isolate from process media or even vent. Overload Protector: -This device is used to protect the pressure instruments like gauges or transmitters from the over or sudden and excessive pressure which may otherwise lead to malfunctioning or complete damage of the instruments. Pulsation Dampner: -it is used to dampen the pressure change and fluctuation of pressurizing fluid coming from the pressure sensing elements. Syphone: -These are used between the pressure sensing elements and the high temperature process fluid so that the high temperature do not reach the sensing elements. Filled with the condensation fluid it restricts the flow of pressurizing media coming into the direct contact with the sensing element. Ball Valve: -These are used to control the flow of process media but basically to shut off the process media passing through it. Non-Return Valve: -This devise restricts the flow of process media in one direction and allows the process media to pass through other direction.
