Bottom Valve

The application of this type of bottom valve is for fuel tanker with bottom loading system as well as top loading. The valve is operated pneumatically by using air interlocks.This type of valve can be used for sequenced operation. The main body, poppet and top cap are made of aluminum die casted and tested on high pressure. The poppet is fitted with fuel resistance seals and spring closed top cap and centering stainless steel pin. Closer spring, seals and poppet can be replaced by opening the top cap and without removing the bottom valve from the tanker.The internal design of bottom valve provides maximum delivery area, which allows high flow rate.100 mm(4 inch) internal diameter of inlet and outlet ports.All the pivoting pins are made of stainless steel for long trouble free life.
