It can be designed and manufactured according to the connecting length standard for ball valve and also can be designed and manufactured according to the connecting length standard for stop valve or gate valve or plug valve.

Inclined wedge composite ball is adopted ,so rotation space between the sealing faces and little wearing is reserved accordingly .Futhermore ,even though there is wearing ,the inclined wedge will provide compensation for service life ,which prolongs the service life of the valve greatly,Meanwhile ,only small opening and closing force are needed during operation ,This product not only has the advantages of the stop valve ,including good sealing performance,high temperature and high pressure resistant,and advantages of gate valve,including small opening and closing moment and service life compensation ,It may be used as ball valve,gate valve,stop valve and plug valve.

Stop seal of ball face and cone face will be formed between the matal seal faces since wedge composite ball is used.Such seal is quite tight and zero leakage will be achieved in spite of the size of passage and pressure value.This capacity is higher than the level as stated in current Chinese and overseas standards and it can resist high temperature,high pressure and static electricity.
