General Design Features

The standard C&C RBV-02 series butterfly valve are designed and manufactured for use with ANSI 125 or 150 Class flanges and to comply with API 609. Alternatively, RBV-02 series can also be custom made according to different international or corporate standards to fit in various piping systems.

Flange and Pipe Schedule Compatibility

All C&C RBV-02 series Butterfly Valves are rated at 250 psi bubble tight shut-off for sizes 2 (DN50) to12(DN300) and 150 psi bubble tight shut-off for sizes 14(DN350) and larger.

Operating Pressures

The standard C&C RBV-02 series butterfly valve is constructed of a Ductile Iron Body, Ductile Iron Disc and 416 Stainless Steel Shaft. Optional materials are also available to meet your specific application needs.

Material Configuration

All RBV-02 Lug Style Valves are suitable for Bi-Directional Dead End Service at full rated pressure.
