Split ACs ( Wall Mounting Type) only Cooling type

Please look into our below requirements and reply to proceed further;
1:- Our roughly requirement is 5000 to 10000 Units initially  having
capacities of 12000 BTU , 18000 BTU @ 24000 BTUs. ( Only cooling 
Split wall mounting type.
2:- we would like to have these Units in CKD / SKD formation .
3:- We will be needing 10 ft installation Kit with the Unit.
4:- We would like to have 1% spare parts (100%) along with the
Units 
5:- The Freon Gas should be R-22
6:- Roughly demand of capacity-wise Units is as below;
   A;- 12000 BTU  -60 %
   B:- 18000 BTUs- 30 %
   C;- 24000 BTUs- 10 %
 
Kindly let us have FOB Prices including freight charges upto
Karachi Pakistan.
Also we would appreciate if some more dodel-wise detail
could be provided to us to help us in finalizing the specific
shape & looking of the Units.
One thing more should be added that we would like to have our own
Brand Name on the Units & Cartons both.
