Window A/C unit

This is a Brand New small size GE through wall or window AC/ unit. It has 5200 btu capacity and can easily cool a 100 sq ft room. It is off white in color and has a window mounting package that has caulk sealer, weather stripping and adjustable mounting panels for all window sizes. It has been checked to make sure it works well and it does. I also checked it this week to ensure it is still functioning correctly. It has three settings pluss full time on, a temperature range setting and fan speed control. Built in thermostate lets you get the room to stay at any temperature regardless of the outside variables. The shipping is the only problem. If you are in southern CA I would suggest picking it up in person . It weighs approx 50 lbs the box is 21" x 18" x 15" and costs $40.00 to ground ship to NY general post 10 days
