These units are store returns, as they are usually returned unpackaged and palletised, this leads to scuff marks and scratches, this is the nature of the item, (It is painted with  silver spray paint) due to its size, Signals IT Polybag and use protective packaging on vulnerable areas, however the scuffs and scratches are present on arrival to Signals IT and Signals IT do NOT usually repair these, however, for an additional charge, Signals IT can make these units back to an Almost perfect condition.
