AIR CONDITIONER

Yin Lee Air Conditioning Engineering (YL) was registered with suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) on the 22nd day of October, 1999 as a sole proprietorship with the business registration number PG 0064001-X.

YL is principally carried out its business operations in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia, specialized in installation and maintenance of all types of industrial and commercial air-conditioning and refrigerators.

YL is registered under the name of Madam Lee Yook Mooi and jointly managed by her husband, Mr Ooi Beng Lee. Madam Lee has played an instrumental role in the expansion of the Companys financial affairs, budgeting control, project funding requirements, credit management and implementation of the accounting and internal control systems. She is also in charge of the administrative functions of the Company.

Mr. Ooi Beng Lee has gained not less than fourteen (14) years of working experience in the industry. He started working after completion of his secondary education and is very refrigerators operations. He started as an assistant technician in one of the most established electrical appliances chain of stores based in the Northern Region for more than two years. After which he joined other corporations as a technician in order to gain exposure in other fields for more than 6 years before he joined YL, as General manager in 1999.

Since then, he has played a major role in the development of YL to become one of the largest industrial and commercial air conditioning service providers in this Northern Region as it is always his ambition to become a main market player in the servicing line.

It is always YLs policy to venture into tools and machineries as these equipments are playing vital role to success in the servicing industry. Currently, YL is equipped with genie lift, robin air vacuum pump, bosh water power pump, raytek laser radiation, bosch drill and okutsu listing table. YL also maintain a wide range of spare parts in order to cater for providing of prompt response to customers needs.
