The Soleus Air LX-140BL portable air conditioners are designed to condition average-sized rooms up to 450 square feet. This unit comes with a built in Heater with Heat Pump Technology for 12,000 Btus of heat.

This Portable Evaporative Air Conditioner cools, heats, dehumidifies and fans all in once space saving and energy efficient appliance.  Evaporative Technology increases efficiency and reduces the need to drain condensate.  Please Note: When the room temperature is low and  the indoor humidity is high, the air conditioner may not be able to evaporate some of the moisture fast enough, when this happens, the water will accumulate in an emergency condensate tank inside the unit, Once the emergency condensate tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off.

The optional single or dual exhaust hose is  means no permanent installation is needed.  Heavy duty casters allow the unit to be easily rolled almost anywhere.
