Newco Barista Series Coffee Brewer - 1.9L/2.2L - 240v/3400w
The Newco Barista Series brewing technology controls the three vital aspects of the coffee brewing recipe: water temperature, water volume and water contact time. It is known for extracting the best cup of coffee possible. Cafe Barista opens up a new world of flavor profile control by allowing you to select two different settings. And you can brew into two different size dispensers and/or two different strengths with the same machine.
The digital display allows you to adjust the time, pre-infusion, pulse-brewing, water volume, and water temperature at the touch of a button. There are no tools needed and you doNt even need to open the machine! So Cafe Barista brewers greatly enhance account profitability by allowing two different beverage to be brewed on a single unit while dramatically reducing installation and set up time.
The Barista control panel also monitors water filteration, power conservation and coffee freshness, and signals the end of a brew cycle wiht an audible signal. A service indicator light eliminates some emergencies with simple to fix error messages.
Cafe Barista systems are most useful for brew volumes less than a gallon. These systems are available as 120 volt (B180 models) and 240 volt (B350 models) Modular construction allows you to choose the appropriate clearance for dispensers.
Features include:
~Brew 1 and Brew 2 selectors provide a choice of two adjustable flavor profiles or portion sizes.
~Water Volume may be adjusted thru the digital display: thirty ounces to one gallon
~Digital Display counts down the minutes and seconds remaining until the basket has finished draining. Visa-Brew time may be adjusted.
~Water Temperature may be adjusted between 170 and 210 degrees Farenheit from the front touch pad
~Pre-infusion wets the coffee grounds to de-gas fresh roasted coffee in the basket so that the grounds may be evenly saturated during the brew cycle.
~Pulse Brewing pulses your chosen water temperature onto the coffe bed for ultimate taste profile accuracy.
~Water Filtering Light offers service operators an opportunity to communicate added value to customers by indicating that fresh water is being drawn into the tank through the filtration system.
~Audible Signal alerts user when the filter basket has finished draining. Your fresh hot coffee is ready!
~Power Conservation allows energy saving during idle time.
~Service Light indicates the appropriate time for scheduled mainteance and accompanies five Error messages when operation is interrupted by a fault.
~Cycle Counter monitors the number of brew cycles.
~Filter Monitor alerts the customer when it is time to change the water filter.
~Coffee Monitor Light indicates the freshness of the last beverage brewed.

Warranty:
Newco coffee brewers are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use, for 90 days from the date of purchase. Brewer parts are warranted against defect for 12 months from date of purchase.
Liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid and liability under the aforesaid warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any part or parts which are defective in material or workmanship, and returned to our factory, shipping cost prepaid. No warranty expressed or implied, other than the aforesaid is made or authorized by Newco Enterprises, Inc.
Prompt disposition will be made if item proves to be defective, within warranty. Before returning any item, write or call Newco, or the dealer from whom the product was purchased, giving model number, serial number, and date of purchase, and describe nature of the defect. If damage was incurred during transit to you, file claim with the carrier.
