The bodywork is in stainless steel polished to a mirror finish.

Thelarge boiler is in brass, in the old tradition of professionalcoffee-makers, to guarantee a thermal inertia allowing excellentcontrol of the temperature, governed by thermostats operating with atolerance of less than 5 C.

The solid professional brassfilter-holder retains the heat, always guaranteeing an espresso at theideal temperature. All the internal pipes are also in brass.

The specially designed steam spout is equipped with a device for easy frothing of milk when making a cappuccino.

TheNemox Fenice espresso machine comes with a built-in tamper on the righthand side of the coffee machine to allow even easier coffee making.
