Survivor  technology ultrasonically bonds three different types of materials to produce mat that keeps looking good. Tough camouflage Spunbond layer on top stays clean and dry as liquids are drawn into the innner MeltBlown layer. The bottom FineFiber layer features densely-woven strands that increase surface area so the mat grips the floor for safer walking. Ideal for high-traffic areas.

For example, by ultrasonically sandwiching a layer of MeltBlown polypropylene between two FineFiber layers, our mat becomes virtually indestructible to foot traffic. Therefore, it stays on the job longer and saves everyone money.

For example, by using innovative Biax manufacturing and a traditional MeltBlown process, SpillTech has developed innovative FineFiber, AirLaid, and MultiLaminate technologies for more effective spill control.
