Zip-Kleen Brush and Roller Cleaner

FIRST AID: If difficulty in breathing: leave area, obtain fresh air. If difficulty continues, get medical assistance immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. Eye Contact: Immediately flush thoroughly with water. Get medical attention at once. Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek advice of physician.

If you must use it indoors, open all windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air movement during use and drying. USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. If you experience eye-watering, headaches or dizziness, increase fresh air or wear respiratory protection (NIOSH/MSHA TC-23C or equivalent) or leave the area. Do not use in unventilated or basement areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use protective clothing and goggles. Open container carefully and close after each use. Do not transfer contents to unlabeled bottles or other containers. Dispose of rags, papers and waste promptly out of doors in closed metal container for disposal.

NOTICE: Vapors may ignite explosively. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. DO NOT SMOKE. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights, and turn off stoves, heaters, electric motors and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. Use this product outdoors, if possible.

Buy good brushes and save money by using ZIP-KLEEN. ZIP-KLEEN will clean most hard or soft pure bristle, synthetic or nylon brushes and rollers, that have been used in paint, enamel, varnish, lacquer, shellac, polyurethane, urethane or latex paint - and is reusable.

TO REUSE: If not mixed with water, strain Zip-Kleen through coffee filter, paper towel or cloth and return the strained Zip-Kleen into the original container - seal tightly and store in cool dry area. DO NOT save Zip-Kleen if mixed with water.

ROLLERS: Roll back and forth in tray partially filled with Zip-Kleen. Wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and let dry.

BRUSHES: Pour enough Zip-Kleen in container to cover bristles. When cleaning hardened paint from brushes, soak bristles until paint softens. The length of time may vary depending on hardness of bristles. Work brush up and down to loosen paint until clean. If reusing brush immediately, DO NOT wash in water, shake out excess cleaner before use. For storing, after using Zip-Kleen, wash brush in lukewarm soapy water, rinse, remove excess water, shape bristles, wrap in foil or paper towel and lay flat to dry.

It cleans hard and soft brushes, rollers and spray equipment that have been used with paint, enamel, varnish, lacquer, shellac, polyurethane, latex paint, oil and latex based interior or exterior stains. It will not harm pure bristle or nylon brushes or the material used for gaskets in spray guns. It is formulated from the same chemicals used in our removers.
