What is in Twist sponges? Biodegradable cellulose (100% tree fiber from renewable tree farms) is mixed with cotton and salt (to make the holes in the sponges). The sponge is then rinsed
with an antibacterial agent before packaging. Natural loofah is related to gourds, grown in fields.
