The Future Living Technologies Automatic Sensor Trash Can Model # DZT-50-17, with a capacity of 50 liters (13.2 gallons) uses the latest sensor technology. The Automatic Sensor Trash Can lid opens automatically with a simple wave of your hand or object in front of the infrared sensor. The infrared sensor triggers when an object is held or waved within the infrared sensor's 6 inch range. The Automatic Sensor Trash Can lid will remain open for the duration of having an object within the sensor's range. Upon removing the object away from the infrared sensor the Automatic Sensor Trash Can lid will automatically close after 3 seconds.
