Duster A1-BVGThe duster A1-BVG is intended for separation of endosperm particles from the tailings factions shells of the breaks in the process of wheat grain treatment to high quality flour on flour-miller factories with a mechanical and pneumatic intrashop transport amounting to other equipment. Separation of endosperm particles from shells is a result of intensive striking of steel components against particles of initial product in the machine working area. Accelerators on steel components, unbended under a small corner, impart to the initial product both rotatory and forward motion. ndosperm particles move away from shells and cast aside on a sieve surface together with bolting as a consequence of intensive striking the particles of product by steel components. Endosperm particles pass through the sieve openings, fall in a receiving cone and take out from the machine by gravity. Bolting come down from a sieve by gravity, go to the tailings pipe and leave the machine.more...
