The very essence of what Buddha is. The Buddha Head with its dark specking on an off-white ground stoneware is very ethereal. The snail curls are individual placed by hand and the ground between each curl is stippled. The entire face is then detailed and the whole piece is coated with a ceramic slip, let dry and fired. Exquisite sculpting, combined with this exceptional clay makes this creation both dynamic and serenely whole.
