For the most part, I have found that this Standard size fits most people. The dimensions of the pillow are - 21" wide, 14" deep and 5" tall at the peak of it curve and weighs 4 pounds. Our pillow comes with a cover which has a cotton/terry zippered cover (75% Cotton - 25% Polyester). In general, this pillow should work for those of you between 5ft 2" and 6ft, and 120 - 180 pounds.
