To better integrate its business, Fraser and Neave, Limited, via its subsidiary Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd took an equity interest in Malaya Glass Factory Bhd. It is currently the largest glass container manufacturer controlling two glass bottle producers in Malaysia. It also owns a glass manufacturing plant in Vietnam and two plants in Sichuan, China. Today, the glass plants manufacture containers for the Group as well as for customers in the food, beverages and pharmaceutical sectors throughout the Asia Pacific.
