The frame of the Cylindrical Normal Mesh Pasta Basket is cast from solid 304 stainless steel while the lining is constructed from 1/8 open mesh, suitable for boiling any type of pasta.Commercial cooking requires fast service and high volume. All Cylindrical Pasta Baskets have a plastic encapsulation heat / water resistant ergonomic handle with hang dry open end top. We manufacture standard sizes that work with both gas pasta machine and stove top stock pot applications, other sizes are custom made for OEM use.
