If you find a slow leak: it is because the rubber disk or cap is not on bottom position. Please screw both rubber disk and cap to bottom.

If you can't vacuum air from bag : it is because the rubber disk on valve is on bottom position and please loose the rubber disk a little.

Firstly, zip and seal the bag tightly by clip ( each bag bears a clip ) ; Secondly, open the cap and loose rubber disk on valve a little , and then,  withdraw the air by vaccum clearner . At last, screw both CAP and Rubber Disk on valve to bottom after air inside is out and the bag is in the minimum size.
