Porcelain is very elegant and has high heat endurance, but it is too fragile and easily cracked; Stainless steel is strong, but it conducts heat very well too, which made the users hard to hold it. In addition, you cant put any color design on stainless steel; Plastic is not fragile, and not hot to the touch. However, the low heat endurance makes safety issue.
