4.   For drinkers who are allergic or feeble, it should be used step by step. For those with cardiac insufficiency, it should be used with caution. For those with renal insufficiency, it should be used within limited amount. For those who are taking foxglove preparation, it should be prohibited.

3. For day-to-day drinking, the PH value of the active water between 8.5 and 10 is better and for day-to-day healthcare, the value between 8.0 and 9.0 is better. For a treatment, the value above 9.0 is better and the amount should be above 3000 ml.
